Innovative hotel booking site BookDifferent.com is the latest company to support the Travel Foundation. The social enterprise, which uses carbon footprint calculations and eco-certification to help customers book sustainable accommodation and choose green destinations, is sharing 10% of its gross turnover with three charities: WWF, the Global Forest Fund and the Travel Foundation. Customers who use the site, which has a database of 920,000 accommodations, won’t pay anything extra for this.
