As the industry recovers from the pandemic, how can we build back better, creating more benefits for people and the environment?
In 2020, six NGOs, including the Travel Foundation, came together to turn this dream into a reality, launching the Future of Tourism Coalition. Since then, over 600 organisations have signed up to the campaign and the coalition is now supporting signatories to work together to make change happen.

You can be a part of this, by becoming a signatory of the coalition. Signatories are asked to adhere to the coalition’s strong set of Guiding Principles, vital for the industry’s long-term deep-rooted growth.
The coalition is also providing resources to support tourism organisations. Recordings of a series of webinars are available on the site covering the following topics: climate action, destination stewardship, measuring tourism’s impacts and successes and local, sustainable supply chains.
