What We Do

Project design and delivery

We have over 15 years’ experience of creating practical sustainable tourism projects and have run projects in 27 countries around the world. We take the time to identify the greatest needs, first assessing the real impacts of tourism and opportunities it brings. We work collaboratively, engaging stakeholders, forming local project teams for in-destination projects, facilitating partnerships and building capacity for long-lasting impact. Our project planning process aligns with PM4SD and Prince 2.
