Introducing Responsible Practices, A Short Interactive Training Course For Tourism Managers
A first step for managers who want to learn how to improve their brand image by responding to environmental and social trends affecting the business.
This short course has been designed as a soft introduction to the concepts of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and responsible tourism practices. It can be used as a stand-alone module or incorporated into a more extensive training programme according to the requirements of the business.
The training incorporates an action planning exercise which motivates & encourages the trainee to incorporate "responsible practice" upon returning to normal business duties, thus the training can have an influence on business practices relatively quickly.
