Quiz Certificate
Once participants have taken the quiz (downloadable from the guiding module) the certificate can be obtained by requesting a copy by email. It should be signed by the trainer/course facilitator.

As course facilitator, you may find it useful to collect some feedback from participants to find what they thought of the training, and you, the trainer! You can download a feedback form below.
