Bespoke training
The Travel Foundation can support existing training sessions with presentations and workshops as well as provide flexible, bespoke training courses for employees at all levels, across all departments.
Whilst training is provided on a complimentary basis to all fundraising partners, it can also be provided to any non-fundraising companies for a small fee.
Previous sessions have included:
- A basic introduction to the Travel Foundation and our activities - great for frontline staff tasked with collecting donations
- Play your part - understanding where sustainability fits in as a destination or resort manager
- Where to start in greening your operations - ideas generation with green teams or green groups
- Travel Foundation tools and resources – help in identifying which tools and resources could support your company in improving sustainable initiatives
- Destination specific Travel Foundation projects – inspirational examples of sustainable tourism in practice
