You may consider making changes such as using CFL light bulbs - they use 75% less energy than tunston light bulbs. You may also want to consider using motion sensors, timing devices and reducing the amount of decorative lighting that you have. You may also want to consider switching to light emitting diode (LED) bulbs. They can save approximately a 80% of the energy used for regular incandescent light bulbs per hour of use and reduces the number of man-hours needed for replacements by at least ten times over the lifetime of the bulb.
