Insider Guides for Customers
We’ve produced a range of Insider Guide leaflets to help you inform customers and let them know what they can do to help. You can use the tools electronically, in print or simply use the messages to integrate in to your own customer materials – think about the opportunities on your internet, or in brochures, in-flight or destination magazines or ticket wallets and welcome packs.
The changing lives stories and films are very inspirational, and can also be used to help customers understand what sustainable tourism means.
It will help you add value to your customer communications and show that you care about keeping holiday’s special in to the travel.
